Steps

Bring pasta to boil and drain water when half cooked.
Put fresh fish in a pot too and cook with seasoning and spices. - 2
Chop onions, tomatoes and pepper

Put a little vegetable oil in a pot and put on heat

Add the chopped onion, pepper and tomato to vegetable oil and fry for 3 min

Add sachet tomato and continue to stir fry

Add oyster sauce and other spice to the fry

After frying for about 7mins add cooked fish and fish stock and a little water then cover for 2mins

Add the parboiled pasta
cover and allow to cook for another 2min then add seasonings to taste - 9
When done, serve with fried plantain if wished and enjoy
