    Lotus roots ko saaf karen phr wash kar k pieced me cut karen.

    Cooker me paani aur 1 tsp salt dal kar 15 mints cook karen... achi tarhan galana he...

    Galne k baad inko nikal kar thanda karen..

    1 plate me sub dry masale dal kar mix karen phr lotus roots k pieces me masalaa dalen ache tarhan.

    Ab sauce pan me oil dal kar thora garam karen phr masale wale lotus roots daal kar 5 mints fry karen

    Ab capsicum aur tomatoes dal kar 10 mints dum par rakhen.
