Place pot on low heat,heat up oil and fry onions and garlic fry for 2-3min,add in washed rice and fry for 2minutes.

Add in Spring onions, seasoning and herbs,pour in water,stir and cook for 10 minutes,arrange cheese on top of rice and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove for heat and stir,dish on a plate and garnish with avocado slice and parsley
