  • 2 cupcooked rice
  • 2 tbspgroundnut
  • 2 tspsesame seeds
  • 2 inchginger grated
  • 1lemon
  • As RequiredGreen chilli
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • As RequiredOil
  • As RequiredHing/asafoetida

  1. 1

    Assemble the required ingredients. Heat oil in pan, add groundnuts to roast, once almost roasted, add sesame seeds and roast that.

    Now add hing, curry leaves, ginger and fry. Switch off stove and add rice, salt, lemon juice and mix. Add slit green chilli.
