This is the Indian-rail version of the lemon rice which remains unspoiled for longer hours. This is my go to rice, every time I am up for a long train journey. If you are rice lover, you must try this.

2 tbspgroundnut
2 tspsesame seeds
2 inchginger grated
1lemon
As RequiredGreen chilli

Assemble the required ingredients. Heat oil in pan, add groundnuts to roast, once almost roasted, add sesame seeds and roast that.

Now add hing, curry leaves, ginger and fry. Switch off stove and add rice, salt, lemon juice and mix. Add slit green chilli.
