Steps

Mix water, olive oil, yeast and honey in a small bowl and set aside for 10 minutes

Mix flour, salt, sugar, basil and garlic powder in a large bowl

Mix the water mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together until all flour is incorporated and dough is no longer sticky. Add extra water or flour as needed.

In a separate large metal bowl, coat the inside will olive oil, before transferring your ball of dough. Lightly brush the ball with oil as well

Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (I personally preheat my oven to the lowest temp for 5 minutes, before turning off and store the bowl in there)

If not going to be used right away, kneed out the air and wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge.

Cook pizza in preheated oven at 425°F for 12-15 minutes depending on crust thickness
