Steps

Wash and soak rice for 5 hours

Add soaked rice,cooked rice,onions and water in a blender and blend till smooth

Add baking powder and chopped onions into the masa paste and mix together

Cover the paste and allow it to rise overnight

Add chopped onions,salt and 1/2 cup of water and it’s ready to fry

Heat masa pan with oil
Scoop paste into the pan - 7
Flip once the other side is cooked

Keep flipping until all the sides are cooked

Serve masa with any soup or stew of your choice
