Fluffy White Bread Just Like a Baby's Cheek!

I was planning to make the bread using Miya's recipe, but I didn't have any skim milk. I had no choice but to replace the watery skim milk with regular milk...huh??? After the first rising, the dough was like white bread! I remembered that the user soyon2 told me that using a lot of milk makes white bread. I made it myself and was so moved at how fluffy it turned out!

The dough gets sticky easily, so brush your hands and the surface of the dough with flour to make it easier to work with. For 7-8 small bread rolls. Recipe by Mia
