1 cupnicely cooked rice
5 tbspsugar

1mango 🥭 cut in tiny cubes
1mango 🥭 purée

Whisk yogurt & sieve once don’t add water
Add rice & sugar & mix well

When sugar melts add mango purée, mango cubes & all other ingredients keep in refrigerator for chill
Garnish with saffron mango cubes & rose petals few pistachio slices

You can make plain also avoid mango 🥭
