Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork belly
  2. 1 blockFirm tofu
  3. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1/4Daikon radish
  5. 100 ml◎Mentsuyu
  6. 100 ml◎Water
  7. 1◎Powdered Dashi (soup stock)
  8. 1Vegetable oil
  9. 1 dashChopped leek (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Drain the tofu and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ends off the mushrooms and shred. Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces and grate the radish.

    Heat oil in a pan, and fry the pork. When it is cooked through, add mushrooms and tofu.

    Add the ingredients marked ◎ and the radish, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat. Finally, add chopped leek and you're done.
