First Cut bread Slice into 4 pieces and Toast it in a ghee untill its golden brown. Now make custard milk, Boil a milk, than add custard mixture to a milk and keep stirring until its little thick in consistency. When its done turn off the flame. And pinch of kesar milk its completely optional.

Now lets plate.
Take any shape of bowl place a toasted bread and add milk mixture on the bread and then garnish it with chopped dry fruits. And keep it in a fridge for 3 to 4 hours to cool down. Serve it chilled Shahi Tukda or Serve it Hot Shahi Tukda. Both ways possible. Enjoy holi!
