Steps
- 1
First of all add cocoa powder, icing sugar powder, milk powder and cashew powder in a big bowl and mix well with a hand whisker.
- 2
Now add milk little by little to this mixture and prepare a medium dough. Now add ghee to this dough and knead the dough again. Then cover this dough and keep it aside.
- 3
Now add cashews, almonds and pistachios in a mixer jar and crush them into fine powder by turning the mixer on and off on pulse mode.
- 4
Now take one cup powder from this dry fruit powder in a big vessel, add desiccated coconut powder, icing sugar powder and milk powder to it and mix it well with a whisker.
- 5
Now add milk little by little and mix the mixture with your fingers to make a stuffing.
- 6
Now make uniform balls from the chocolate dough. Now put a plastic sheet on the chakla and grease it with ghee, put a ball of chocolate on it and roll it like a roti.
- 7
Now put this roti in the gujiya mold and fill one side with 1 to 2 spoons of stuffing, close the mold and press it to give gujiya shape. Prepare all the gujiyas in this way.
- 8
Now our yummy and delicious Fireless Chocolate Gujiya is ready to serve. Serve this gujiya garnished with silver varkh and almonds and pistachios flakes.
