Ultra-Easy Baked Mayo Shrimp in the Microwave

I wanted to come up with an easy way to eat shrimp, since I love them so much.
Watch the shrimp and adjust the heating time, since it depends on your microwave. They will become too stiff if overcooked, so be careful.
If you want to make them golden brown, I heard it's better to use the toaster oven. For 1 serving or so. Recipe by Mikapachiko

Steps
- 1
Peel and devein the shrimp. Make small cuts into the back and open them up.
- 2
Press down lightly, and open them up as if making them flat.
- 3
Spread a decent amount of mayonnaise onto the opened part of the shrimp.
- 4
Lay on a microwave-safe plates. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove wrap, then microwave again for 20 to 30 seconds.
- 5
It's ready to eat when the shrimp is pink and curled up! Sprinkle on Krazy Salt and top with ichimi spice and dried parsley if you like.
- 6
To make them golden brown, user "Chomochomo" baked these in the toaster oven after microwaving! These look delicious.
