Steps

Take white matar, soak it into the water overnight.

At morning remove the excess water, place a cooker on flame, add soaked white matar, 2 cup water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp oil, close the lid & cook until 3 to 4 whistles.

After 3 to 4 whistles turn off the flame & release the pressure, keep them aside.

Place a pan on medium flame add 1 tbsp oil & heat well. Add cumin seeds, hing, chopped green chilli, onion & saute well on medium flame.

Add ginger garlic paste, mix well & roast. After onion turns golden add chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste & mix well, saute until tomatoes turns soft.

After 1 minute add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix everything well & roast.

After the mix start releasing oil add cooked white matar & mix well.

Now cook chaat for 2 minutes on medium flame, add garam masala, fresh coriander leaves.

Take a bowl add prepared Ragda Chaat add green chutney, imli ki chutney, crushed potato chips, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, sprinkle chaat masala, little salt.

Now add lemon juice, bhujiya on top of Ragda Chaat.

Now Perfect Street Style Ragda Chaat is ready to serve.
