To make the filling firstly corsely grind the chana daal.Then take wok put 2 tablespoon oil,add all ingredients in it and saute it till it gets golden brown.

To make a dough take a refined flour add salt,ajwain and water !

Then roll it over rolling board like small puri and cut them in two parts.Then fill the masala in one than another like samoso.Do it as you you have the dough and masala with you.

Then take a wok and heat the oil for deep fry.Put the samosa in it and fry it till it gets golden brown.

Serve it with chutney.
