Steps

Boil and mash potatoes. Boil black chana. Pani puri can easily be purchased.Cut green chilis into thin slices and remove the seed. Collect coriander leaves from the stem. Soak tamarind in water with salt.

Mash boiled potatoes. Add all the spices into it.

To the mashed potato, add boiled chana, green chili slices and chopped coriander leaves.

In a serving plate, crush the gol gappas coarsely. Add prepared potato mixture over the crushed gol gappas. Add some more spices and tamarind pulp.

Churmur is ready to serve. This preparation has to be made fresh.
