Potato is a very healthy option for my kids so I make & freeze these potaoes cheese balls for ramadan aftar & lunch box item as well

1 cupchedder cheese
2 cupsbread crumbs
1egg
Salt as required
1 tbspblack pepper crushed
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tbspchicken powder
1 tspmix herbs
2chopped green chillies
Halfcup chopped spring onions

Boil potatoes & mash them
Add all the ingredients in th mashed potatoes

Make round balls.. Coat in egg then in bread crumbs..

Shallow fry in oil till golden brown..
Serve crispy potato cheese balls & enjoy ❤️❤️
