Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into small cubes. Again wash and let the water completely drain from potato cubes. In a deep frying pan heat oil to deep fry the potato cubes. Now deep fry potato cubes. Fry till the potato cubes turn into golden brown colour. Then transfer to kitchen tissue paper so that excess oil will be absorbed by it.

Now in a bowl take 1/2 cup yougurt, salt, sugar in the above mentioned quantity. If water is needed then add just 1 tsp to it. Mix well. Now transfer to the serving plate.

Now add deep fried potatoes to the previously prepared yogurt mix. Top with some sev, roasted cumin powder, roasted chilli powder,tomato sauce, tamarind chutney and coriander leaves. Sprinkle some chaat masala, mango powder, black salt. Now serve.
