This smoothie comes out sweet and creamy. With no added sugar, you substitute fruits from the recipe, but most of them are readily found around. Best to Consume all the same day or freeze after preparing. (Not ideal for lactose intolerant people)

Steps

Wash, clean and dice all fruits

Put them in the Blender and add half of the hollandia yogurt blend till well smooth (don't add water)

Add remaining hollandia Yogurt and blend again till the mixture is well blended
- 4
Ready!!! You can serve your smoothie with ice cubes
Consume the same day or freeze. (Not ideal for lactose intolerant people)
