2 (6 1/2 cans)minced clams, drained and reserve 3 tablespoons of liquid
1/3 cupfinely chopped red bell pepper
1shallot, minced
2 tablespoonsminced parsley
3/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspooncayenne
salt & pepper

Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Season to taste.
