Ingredients

  1. 8 ouncescream cheese, softened
  2. 1/4 cupsour cream or plain yogurt
  3. 2 (6 1/2 cans)minced clams, drained and reserve 3 tablespoons of liquid
  4. 1/3 cupfinely chopped red bell pepper
  5. 1shallot, minced
  6. 2 tablespoonsminced parsley
  7. 3/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  8. 1/8 teaspooncayenne
  9. salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Season to taste.
