Rinse the samak rice in water, 3-4 times. Take a pressure cooker add 1 bowl water and washed samak rice and cook for 1 whistle. Switch off the flame and cool down.

Place cooked samak rice in a bowl add first milk and mix it well then add curd, chopped green chillies, chopped dry fruits, cranberry, sendha namak and mix it properly well.

Heat ghee in a small tadka pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves to the pan and let the seeds splutter. Now add the tempering to rice, mix it properly. Samak Curd Rice is ready.

Garnish with some cranberry and serve.
