This is the base of my daily routine.

This can be made into a smoothie, protien shake or keep as a simple juice. (If you like a bit sweeter add a carrot, it will change color but sweeten it up)

It's a staple to have ready to go for the week. Prep and store (freeze) on Sunday have ready to go for the week!

Ingredients

  1. 1full head celery
  2. 2full cucumbers
  3. 2limes
  4. 2large handfuls of power greens

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Juice all ingredients into jar (expect power greens)

  2. 2

    Blend power green (in extract mode) with about 1.5 cups of previously juiced veggies/fruits, seen above.**

    **I've used coconut water in this step before. It works too!

    Once blended; mix with remaining juiced veggies.

    Keep in fridge a to use throughout week.
    I don't let this juice to sit in fridge longer than couple days, that's why I freeze in ice tray then store in freezer for use throughout the week.

    These are ideas, a few things you can add. This picture is of things I add; depending if I make a protien shake, smoothie or keep as simple juice :)
