Mandvi Batata Khichdi (Peanuts Aloo Khichdi)

Peel and chopped boiled potatoes into cubes. Crush roasted peanuts coarsely in pestle and mortar. Collect all required ingredients in plate.

In cooking pan add heat ghee. Do tempering of cumin seeds and sesame seeds. As seeds splutter add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for few seconds.

Add boiled potatoes cubes, roasted coarse peanuts mixture, sendha namak, red chilli powder, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for few minutes.

Transfer it in serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Mandvi Batata Khichdi/ Peanuts Aloo Khichdi with curd.
