Biscotti Cinnamon Apple

I love the combination of cinnamon and apple, so I wanted to bake biscotti with that flavor.

Baking time varies depending on your oven. Check the hardness of the biscotti right after baking. If it is still soft, reduce the temperature of the oven, and bake biscotti for about 2 minutes to remove moisture. Don't overbake. The biscotti will be harder after they cool.
