Chilled Ragi & Coconut Sweet (Finger millet)

With 2 glass of water mix ragi flour. Preferably mix by hand to avoid lumps. Add jaggery.

Cook on a medium flame, constantly stirring, don’t even leave for a sec, as ragi thickens very fast.

Apply ghee to a tray/thali, spread the malt, load with grated coconut on top. Cover and refrigerate for 2/3 hours, before serving. Garnish with fruits/dry fruits and Enjoy Navratri!!
