Wash the chicken parts of choice thoroughly and put in a clean pot, seasoning with bouillon cubes,(seasoning cubes), a little salt to taste, sprinkle of curry and thyme, smashed garlic (optional), sliced onions and lastly add 2-3 cups of water, enough to cook the meat through.

While that is boiling, blend your habanero peppers, onions, garlic and ginger till smooth. While you’re done with that, ensure your chicken is well cooked and tender.

Heat up 3 cups of oil in a pan, and gently fry your chicken to golden brown, reduce the veg oil after frying and add in your pepper mix into the pan, stir gently and season lightly with your seasoning cubes and salt adding any other spices of choice, just ensure to keep it mild, stir gently and allow to fry till the oil is seen at the top of the pan.

Lastly gently coat the fried chicken pieces with the peppered mix and simmer for few mins and serve🥘

I served mine by plating it on a piece of lettuce and sprinkling sautéed green beans.
