Steps

Knead the doughy with water and oil and let it rest for 30 min at least roll the dough out and layer it with butter

Roll the dough out cut the sides and further cut it into triangle shapes

Mashed the boil potatoes and add the fresh garam masala and fresh coriander into it

Add the mix into the triangle and roll it
- 5
Fry it at bake it until light golden colour
- 6
Serve it with ketchup
