400 gramTofu
Oil for deep frying
Sweet Chilli Sauce as you wish
Roasted cashew nuts as you wish
Some soy sauce in case needed
Coriander for garnishing

Warm the oil and put tofu in the pan to deep fry

When they get golden brown, set aside

You can dip or pour direct on the fried tofu and sprinkle some roasted cashewnuts on top with some coriander
