6 pieces
  • 160 gself-raising flour
  • 55 gsugar
  • 2 gsalt
  • 120 gmilk
  • 40 goil
  • 1egg
  • 10 gchocolate powder
  • Baking chocolate chips

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve self-raising flour, sugar, salt and mix well

  2. 2

    Add oil, milk and egg to mixture and mix well

  3. 3

    Add chocolate powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add chocolate chips and mix well

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture into muffin tray and add more chocolate chips on top

  7. 7

    Bake for 15 mins
