Utterly simple dish of sim and aloo, tastes good with pakhala/rice/paratha/roti. Cooking time is very less, cleaning the sim is the only effort.

1aloo/potato
1pyaz/onion
1 tspkalonji/kala jeera/onion seeds
1red chilli whole
Oil, Salt, turmeric
1/4 tspchat powder

Steps

Chop veggies length wise. In a hot pan, heat oil, add kala jeera, red chilli and onions. Sauté till onion is cooked.

Add the veggies, salt & turmeric. Mix well and cook covered in a low-medium flame until fully cooked. Sprinkle chat powder and serve hot.
