Chickoo-chocochips icecream on white chocolate hearts

In a vessel boil 500ml milk and add 2 tbsp of sugar. Dissolve it. Add a 1/2tsp of soda when it is reduced to half. Or one can use Ready made milkmaid. For milk you can add khoya and mix well

Deseed the chicko and blend it with prepared milkmaid. Add fresh cream and milpowder and blend again.

Freeze it for 1 hour. Then again blend to a creamy texture. Add choco chips and freeze again for 1 to 2 hours

Now melt the white chocolate and pour in heart shaped base. Let it set for 15 mts in fridge

Serve the chickoo ice cream scoop on white chocolate base. Enjoy sweet, choco and milky flavors together

Serve immediately
