Steps

Take a deep bottom pan, add 2 cup water, mango 🥭 pulp, black peppercorns & ginger.

Boil it until mango pulp becomes tender. Turn off the flame, allow it to cool down.

Meanwhile crush pudina leaves with lil water in a mixer jar. Do not make paste. keep aside.

Now take a mixer jar, add boiled mango 🥭 pulp & sugar syrup. Grind it to a fine paste. Strain it into a mixing bowl.

Add 5 cup water (adjustable), salt, black salt, zeera powder & saunf powder. In goes crushed pudina, mix it thoroughly.

Serve it chilled adding some ice cubes.
