Rinse and pat dry the kale. Chop into desired chips size. Season kale with salt and a little olive oil.

Preheat airfryer to 180degrees and set to 8 minutes. In batches Bake” kale. At 4 minutes shake kale in air fryer and continue. That’s it. Enjoy 😉

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
