Ingredients

  • 6 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking spice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • pinchcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbspwater
  • zest of one orange
  • 2 cupspecan halves

    Heat all but pecans in saucepan

    When fully melted, add the pecans.

    Stir until fully coated and glossy, cool on silpat.
