  • 500 gmCalocasia or arbi
  • Tea spoonRed pepper 🌶 powder
  • Salt 🧂
  • Glasswater 💧
  • Tea spoonCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash calocasia or arbi properly with water 💧

    Peel it,and cut it properly into small pieces.

    Take a pan, add cooking oil till heated put cut arbi into it. Sprinkle red pepper🌶 powder and salt🧂on it.

    Stir it well and then add a glass of water 💧.

    Cover with lid. Stir it in a short and regular intervals of time.

    When it turns smooth, turn off the flame🔥now, and take it in a serving bowl. 🥣.
