I wanted to have my kids eat sweet potato paste bread.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
After making and cooling the sweet potato paste, make them into 18 g round balls, wrap, and store in the refrigerator on a plate.
- 2
Put the all the ingredients except for the yeast and the black sesame into your bread maker and make the dough to the first rise. After 15 minutes, add the black sesame.
- 3
Remove the dough and weigh out enough to fill a square baking pan (360 g). Take the rest and make rounded shapes. On the square pan separate into 40 g pieces, make into rounded shapes, and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 4
Create a joint at the top and add the potato paste while removing the gas. Restore the rounded shape.
- 5
Position them in rows in a greased pan.
- 6
Allow to second rise for 40 minutes. They should puff up as shown in the picture.
- 7
After the rise bake for 16 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C and they're complete! Cover with aluminum foil after about 7 to 10 minutes to keep them from burning.
- 8
The remaining three. I used 40 g of tsubu-an for these. Preheat the oven to 190°C, then lower the heat to 150°C and bake for 15 minutes.

Sweet Potato Bread Sweet Potato Bread
This is my favorite bread that I've been making for many years. The dough is soft. Use 190 ml water and dust your workspace with a little flour if it's difficult to handle. Pinch the seam tightly after filling the dough with the paste. If the paste is soft, it may leak out. Add in as much as you like (the photo shows 25 g x 14 = 350 g). Purple Sweet Potato and Maple Bread Purple Sweet Potato and Maple Bread
I wanted to eat an autumn-inspired sweet potato bun.Do not make the filling sweet potatoes too soft in Step 1 (this is because between flavoring and baking, they will get too soft and crumble). If you are not using Japanese flour, then please add a little more water. If you top the bread with a lot of maple sugar before baking, it's really yummy! Recipe by Rirupuri cookpad.japan -

Just Like Candied Sweet Potatoes? Sesame Dough Monkey Bread Just Like Candied Sweet Potatoes? Sesame Dough Monkey Bread
It's already fall! When you think of fall, don't you think of sweet potatoes? Sweet potatoes = candied sweet potatoes? It's simple. This covetous recipe is simple but the bread soaked in syrup is crisp and fluffy and suits the season. If you don't have a Gupelhupf tin, you can use whatever baking tin you would like.If it seems like it will burn while baking, cover with aluminum foil. On the other hand, if it doesn't seem to be turning a nice browned color, remove from the tin, flip onto a baking tray, and let it brown on that. When removing from the tin, when you flip it over, hot syrup will probably drip out, so be careful not to burn yourself!!! For 18 cm [7.1 in] gugelhupf tin (a little less than the size of the tin). Recipe by Youtank cookpad.japan -
Twisted Sweet Potato Bread Twisted Sweet Potato Bread
This is the sweet potato version of my soft twisted pumpkin bread. The filling is made with both sweet potato and cheese. I tried over and over to get this recipe right.Adjust the amount of water in the bread dough based on how watery the potatoes are. Since there's a lot of filling being used, don't twist the dough too much or the filling will squeeze out. The point is to twist them lightly and gently, and then tuck the ends underneath.
