Aamras and double layered Rotli

Wash mango and soak in water for minimum 1/2 hour. Now peel mango remove seed and cut into medium sized pieces.

Take a mixie jar add chopped mango and sugar grind altogether and prepare Aamras. Take out in one bowl now add dry ginger powder,elaichi powder mix well. Keep Aamras in the fridge to cool down.

For double layered Rotli take one big plate add wheat flour, salt and oil mix well now pour little by little water and prepare soft dough cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now take small portion of dough and prepare round ball. Roll with rolling pin into small circle shape roti prepare another same size roti. Now take one small circle roti apply ghee on it sprinkle some dry flour and cover with another small circle roti. Now again roll with rolling pin and prepare big size roti.

Keep one tawa on flame place Rotli on tawa and roast from both the sides. Take out Rotli from tawa and open in two parts apply ghee on both the sides. Double layered Rotli is ready to serve. Serve with chilled Aamras.
