Roast the Peanuts and let them cool. Then remove the shells. Add peanuts, sev and sesame seeds in a mixer jar and crush them, Add in a bowl.

Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, turmeric, garam masala, salt, coriander and 2 spoons of water and mix well.

Take cut outs of the ivy gourd and cut them in the middle and fill them with the prepared masala. Heat water in a steamer and steam the filled ivy gourd for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, sesame seeds, asafoetida, turmeric and tomato. After the tomato becomes soft, add the boiled ivy gourd and leftover masala stuffing and mix gently.

Then add lemon juice, sugar and coriander and stir.

So, Stuffed Ivy gourd Sabji is ready.
