Steps

Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough and brush a little melted butter in the center of each. Stack the 2 sheets together. Repeat with the other 2 sheets.

Cut each stack of 2 sheets in half to make 4 rectangles for 4 pouches. Repeat this process for as many pouches as you want to make.

Place a slice of goat brie cheese in the center of each rectangle, then add mango chutney on top. Bring the 4 corners together and twist to form a pouch.

Once the pouches are ready, place them on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) and bake until golden brown.
