Chicken lovers would enjoy this dish along with rice/roti. Cooked with traditional Indian spices, makes a great side dish for lunch/dinner.

Heat oil in pan, add whole garam masalas followed by chopped onion.

Once onion is translucent in colour, add ground masala, chilli, coriander and turmeric powders. Then add the chicken and diced potatoes. Mix and cook in low flame.

Add salt, dried methi leaves and 3 cups of water, cook in medium flame until soft.

When it’s almost getting cooked, add chopped tomatoes and cumin powder. After switching off the heat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
