  • 1 cupragi Sprouts
  • 1apple
  • 2dates deseeded
  • 10almonds soaked
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    To mixijar add sprouts and water till it covers grind it.

    Strain it collect milk do it twice. Grind smooth paste with apple,dates almonds and little water.

    Transfer to a vessel ragi milk, prepared paste mix it and add aglass of water cook it till thickens.
