  • 100 gboiled french beans chopped
  • 100 gcarrot boiled and diced
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspasofedita
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder (i avoided)
  • 1/2 tspsesame seeds

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee and add asofedita. Add boiled carrots and beans. Cook for 1 mt

    Add spices and cook for 2 more mts. Switch off the flame add lemon juice and sesame seeds.

    Serve hot with boiled rice or Jowar roti
