Steps

Place your taco shell into the bowl to bake (you can make these mini, just use cupcake cups)

In a separate bowl, crack your 2 eggs and beat them well
- 3
Cut and add your tomatoes, onions, ham, peppers, oatmilk, and mix
- 4
Preheat your over to 400 for 30 minutes
- 5
In your taco up, add a half of slice of cheese to the bottom
- 6
Once you add the cheese, pour in your egg mix
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place a slice of tomato as a garnish - 7
After about 30 minutes, remove from oven and enjoy!!
I recommend letting it cool for about 5 minutes before removing it from the bowl
