Steps

Peel the potato. In a bowl take cold water and grated the potatoes into cold water.leave for ten minutes. Grated the carrot also.keep aside.

In a pan or kadhai add 1.5 cup water and oiland salt, followed by all powder spices one by one. Let the water boiled.

Now squeeze the potatoes and keep in a bowl. When water is getting boiled turn the flame low add the potatoes.mix it.

Add grated carrot and curry leaves mix then gradually add semolina and keep stirring.mix all very well.

When it combined well add coriander leaves and mix again when it leave the bottom turn off the flame. Cover and leave it for 5 minutes. Then transfer in a plate and allow to slightly cool it.then knead it smoothly like a dough.

Now take ball sized mixture and shape it to an ice cream sticks forming lollipop. keep aside

Take a kadhai add oil and heat it on high temperature. Then turn the flame medium and fry all these pop sticks on medium to high flame until they turn golden and crisp.
Top it with mayo,tomato sauce and green chutney.served hot.
