Ingredients

  • 1 bundlekangkong or water spinach
  • slicesGinger and garlic
  • Halfred chilli
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 cubespreserve tofu
  • 1little water

Steps

    Wash and cut kangkong into small slices

  2. 2

    Sautee ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Then add preserved tofu and chilli. Mix well.

    Pour water and simmer until done.
