Ingredients

  1. 1 bundlekangkong or water spinach
  2. slicesGinger and garlic
  3. Halfred chilli
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 2 cubespreserve tofu
  6. 1little water

Steps

    Wash and cut kangkong into small slices

  2. 2

    Sautee ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Then add preserved tofu and chilli. Mix well.

    Pour water and simmer until done.
