Ingredients

10 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 1/2 cupblack rice
  • 500 mlboiled milk
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Chopped nuts as per choice
  • 1/4 Tspdry ginger powder
  • 1/4 Tspcardamom powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak black rice for 3-4 hours.

    Add the soaked rice into boiled milk. Allow to boil.

    Add sugar and keep stirring. Bring down. Mix ginger powder, cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped dry fruits of choice and serve hot/cold.
