Add ragi flour rice flour semolina salt and curd water in a mixing bowl

Make a thin batter pouring contency keep aside for 15 min.

Grease a nonstic tawa wipe off excess oil with tissu.
Mix batter well spread a laddleful batter on hot tawa drizzle a spoonful oil allow to cook until sides get separated flip and cook. - 4
Once it's crispy removed from tawa
Served hot with chutney samber.
