Blend the pumpkin with buttermilk. In a bowl mix the batter with all flours. Add salt and keep aside

For the sambhar, in a pan heat oil, add asofediata, mustard seeds, curry leaves, tomato onion and cook for 1-2mts. Now add all the spices and boiled bottle gourd, mix well. Add cooked and pureed dal. And cook until it gets a good boil

In a dosa tava. Add enough amount of uttapa mixture, and cook on both the sides. Take care while turning the sides

For the chutney. Grind all the ingredients. Add tadka. If u like. With mustard seeds and curry leaves

Serve hot healthy breakfast
