Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker

I was looking for cake recipes to make every week since I like to bake something on Sundays. I couldn't decide, so I went with the classic yogurt-measured cake but made some changes in the quantities and added apples. It turned out amazing, the best I've ever made. Very fluffy and moist, it didn't last long even though I'm the only one with a sweet tooth and I'm maintaining my diet, so I only had a small piece. I made it in a bread maker, but it can also be done by hand and then baked in the oven. I always sift the flour, but this time I didn't, and it turned out better than ever.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice the apples as if to decorate the cake, and microwave them for about 5 minutes.
- 2
Place the oil, yogurt, eggs, splash of vanilla, sugar, apples, flour, and baking powder in the bread maker in this order. If doing it by hand: beat the eggs and sugar, add the oil, sugar, apples, vanilla, and then the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together.
- 3
I used the sweet program, and when I opened it, my mouth watered. I've never had a cake turn out so well. I took it out to cool, and when it was lukewarm, I placed it on a rack.
- 4
If doing it by hand, grease a mold with butter or oil and flour, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, and then bake for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven.

Easy Apple Cake Easy Apple Cake
I thought maybe since there are so many apples in this cake, it is low in calories and so it often has been featured as a snack at my house. This recipe uses a relatively modest amount of sugar, so don't reduce it further.Adding just the cinnamon is tasty, but I like to bake this cake with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. In this case cinnamon should be the main spice and a single sprinkle of the other spices is enough.Serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream makes this cake even more delicious! For 18 x 18 cm [7.1 x 7.1 in] cake. Recipe by spitze cookpad.japan -
