Ingredients

20-25minutes
3+serves
  • 1 cupMini Soya Chunks
  • 1/2green peas
  • 1small potato
  • 1finely chopped tomato
  • 1small onion or(2-3) Spring onions
  • You can add vegetables as per your choice like Bell peppers
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala or Maggi Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

20-25minutes
  1. 1

    Take the pan add water and give nice boil later switch off the flame and pour the Soya Chunks and keep them for about 10mins.
    Next drain the water and squeeze them nicely with cold water

    Take the pressure cooker and now add the oil crackle Cumin seeds and Asafoetida now fry onion and tomato for 2-3 minutes

    Add the spices as well and next add the vegetables one by one and saute for 2-3 minutes now add Garam masala and add 1/2 glass water and give 2-3 whistle

    Garnish some coriander leaves.
    The Sabji is ready to serve with Roti or Paratha 😋
